This is a great course set, suitable for children between the ages of my grandchildren, which is not quite two years old. It has a wonderful variety of tracks and cars, as well as beautiful trees, street signs and other accessories. It is very, very durable, but simply put it together, especially the cars, you simply click together, which with magnets. I personally think it is one of the best toys I've seen for interactive game! You can use a simple circle or an elaborate rail system, or you can only play with the engines and cars alone. Such versatility and consideration imagiative game is refreshing. The wood is smooth (ie no splitter), and the colors are very nice. I recommend this set, which is cheap, for all the years, want to have fun ren with his / her child ().

I bought this set after reviewing several different ones. It is equipped with an abundant amount of length, not with trees and stop signs (do not worry about stuff get filled). By reading the reviews I have also bought keep suretrack clips to the track pieces together on the higher areas, as some reviewers mentioned that the infant was followed by a collapse, when the pieces came apart. I bought 2 sets of suretrack and we had 2 clips left over after the setup. I found that even if you do not have a toddler, the clips are a must. My husband was first tried, the crowd together, without & with the clips, if you see something moving, that already in place a raised piece (set), it would drop it. So I think that the clips are really necessary for all ages. The only bad thing about the suretrack is that tilt at the corners, the trains to the clips and made sometimes derail, causing a meltdown!
This set is also nice because it comes with a few different layout ideas. The wood is of good quality, although some of the pieces do not sit 100% angle on the track. It is a little bit of warp to them. But not every piece, just a few. The only complaint I have is about the trains, that is one of the features of a truck and alittle long and is not very good with the tight curves. It derailed almost every time. Of course, like my son that the best is, so I had to hide it, because he wants to use that and can not understand why it keeps derailing.
All in all I think it is a good train set for the money.
