I bought for my 3yr old after watching a few different times in the store. The reason I waited, because often times, it looks something one time, I buy it, then it is thrown over the side, never to be played again. He loves this ship. It has been for at least 8 months now and he still plays with it often. This ship is made of durable plastic and I had no problem with it coming apart, as previous reviewers said. I like that it has a treasure map, coins, and a small treasure chest. My son loves to "hide" the treasure then find it by looking at the map. Things he has much to do .. sails can be raised and lowered, the door opens, the canons little out of the sides, and there is even a small board for small men walking. I highly recommend this toy =)

This is my second son pirate ship and I must say that it's much better than his previous. with her first, there were so many little pieces to lose and a lot of pieces that came out on the boat, so my son basically it broke. it is very robust, and the pieces have a place somewhere on the ship and he does it well! You can claim to have had a sword fight at the stern, there are guns that appear on the side of the ship that cannonballs fire far enough. There is also an anchor and the sails open and close! not many songs out if Tehri is not much to lose. it has wheels on the bottom so it can run. the ship has been great for my son. I highly recommend it.
